I love this pillow, its super comfortable and not too soft. Bought to relieve neck discomfort and noticed a difference after one night of use. Will of course see over time if relief continues. It is also great for sitting up in bed, reading, watching tv etc. You could place a pillow behind it for added support, I just used it alone. Arrived quickly, well wrapped and intact. 

Very pleased with pillow and would buy again. Width at widest point is approximately 87cm and overall height is 72cm.

Love my pillow :) I got this for after I had ACDF surgery on my neck. It worked perfectly for keeping me upright at night ( added a foam triangle cushion behind ) and this prevented me from rolling over on to my side for the first week or so. I used this also for supporting my arm during the day as I had severe nerve pain. It had seem me through the recovery period and I am now using it to sleep with. It's kept its shape well and I'm really pleased with it.
